It has all facilities like teaching classroom, administration block, study room, library, laboratories etc. and amenities like indoor-outdoor games, toilet and open space for sports etc.

Star College of Physiotherapy Jaipur, a constitute institute of ShriSaiShikshaSamiti-has been growing as a centre of excellence in providing education and training in Physiotherapy. The college of Physiotherapy was established in 2003 with the vision to offer graduate programs in Physiotherapy to bring the Physiotherapy profession at par with international standards. The school has fully developed teaching departments pertaining to various field of Physiotherapy.

The school is planned for doing pioneering work, in the field of Physiotherapy Education and for imparting professional expertise, to the young aspirants who will be groomed to dedicate themselves to the service of humanity.

Shrisai baba school of Physiotherapy has their state-of-the-art buildings with lecture halls, well-furnished laboratories and provide excellent facilities for clinical practice. The school is recognized by Indian Physiotherapy Council, New Delhi and Government of Rajasthan and affiliated by , Rajasthan Physiotherapy Council, Jaipur for GNM course. school is situated in the sprawling vast area surrounded by natural Serene Beauty along with backdrop for great educational vision. After completion of the course the diploma will be awarded by RNC.

Prepare the graduates to assume responsibilities as professional, competent nurses and midwives in providing comprehensive Physiotherapy services and conduct Physiotherapy research studies in the hospital as well as community settings.

Prepare nurses who can make independent decisions in Physiotherapy situations, protect the rights of and facilitate individuals and groups in pursuit of health and assume the role of teacher, supervisor, manager and client advocate in clinical and public health settings.

Prepare nurses with a sound educational program in Physiotherapy to enable them to function as efficient members of the health team, beginning with the competencies for first level positions in all kinds of health care settings.

Apply knowledge from physical, biological and behavioral science, medicine, surgery and Physiotherapy in providing comprehensive Physiotherapy care to individual families and communities.

Demonstrate understanding of life style and other factors which affect the health of the individual and group.

Philosophy

It recognizes national health goals and is committed to participate in the implementation of National Health policies and programmes. It aims at identifying health needs of the people, planning and providing quality care in collaboration with other health professionals and community groups.

Scope of Physiotherapy practice encompasses provision of promotive, preventive, curative and rehabilitative aspects of care to people across their life span in wide variety of health care settings. Practice of Physiotherapy is based upon application of basic concepts and principles derived from the physical biologicalbehavioralsciences.

Physiotherapy is based on values of caring, and aims to help individuals to attain independence in self-care. It necessitates development of compassion and understanding of human behavior among its practitioners to provide care with respect and dignity and protect the rights of individual & groups.

Undergraduate Physiotherapy program at the post basic level is a broad based education within an academic framework, which builds upon the skills and competencies acquired at the diploma level. It is specifically directed to the upgrading of critical thinking skills, competencies & standards required for practice of professional Physiotherapy and midwifery as envisaged in NationalHealthPolicy 2002 .
